The present invention a roasting machine to roast meat with heat obtained by combusting lump coal, and, more specifically, to a roasting machine in a rectangular parallelepiped which includes a combustion container installed on a partition board positioned in the center, a cooking chamber where a grill is mounted, an exhaust unit positioned over the cooking chamber and discharging smoke and smells to outside, and a device chamber formed under the partition board. The roasting machine using lump coal as fuel comprises a heat blocking wall made of heat blocking glass so as to partition the cooking chamber and to prevent the heat emitted from the combustion container from radiating to the indoor, on the outer periphery wall of the cooking chamber; a connection pipe supported by a guide rail installed in the upper space of the cooking chamber, moving along the guide rail and projected downward from a supporting frame contacting with the guide rail; a loading unit capable of maintaining a certain distance to the upper end of the combustion container on the lower end of the connection pipe; a shelf for a grill where a low temperature roasting grill (3a) is mounted; a suction pipe capable of covering the top of the combustion container or being separated; a combusted material collection part covered on a supporting pipe body where a connection pipe is connected to an upper hole of the suction pipe, and the other end of the connection pipe is connected to a water collection container, rotating around the supporting pipe body, collecting combusted materials flying with wind supplied to the combustion container with the suction pipe, and inputting to the water collection container; an electric blower blowing wind to the below of the combusted material treatment container installed under the combustion container and accommodating the combusted residue, and a grate installed under the combustion container; and a combustion air controller installed in an airway formed in the lower end of the combustion container and made of an opening/closing plate opening/closing the airway; and a cover installed to be able to attach/detach to the upper part of the combustion container. |
