The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a rear flap door which can increase work efficiency and productivity by systemizing the method for manufacturing the rear flap door installed in a small bus, and others. The present invention provides the new method for manufacturing the rear flap door in which a press process, a seal spreading process, a hemming process, and an oven hardening process can be systemized to manufacture the rear flap door through the processes interconnected in predetermined order, thereby increasing entire work and process efficiency and productivity through the efficient process. Also, the present invention can increase durability by reinforcing entire stiffness of the rear flap door because an outer panel and a reinforcement for reinforcing the stiffness are combined to form a new structure for reinforcing the rear flap door.
