The present invention provides a customer-interactive store usage apparatus which includes: a profile generation module inputted with profile including at least one of photograph, name, sex, number of persons, age group, and social network service (SNS) ID of a first customer; an interactive exchange module relaying communication with a second customer selected by the first customer, by receiving profile list of other customers seated on other tables in a store by being connected with a communication module; a menu generation module generating menu data by rearranging menu expected for the first customer to prefer according to preference using sales trend data generated by using at least one of the sex, number of persons and age group included in the profile; an ordering module which generates ordering data including ordering list and ordering quantity of the menu selected by the first customer, and generates gift data including the gift list and the quantity of gifts presented to the second customer by the first customer, and generates payment data according to the ordering data and the gift data; and a chatting module providing real-time chatting function between the first customer and the second customer. The interactive exchange module includes a gift recommendation part recommending goods necessary to the second customer by using the menu data and the ordering data of the second customer.
