发明名称 METHOD FOR IDENTIFICATION AND PREDICTION OF LOCATION OF EARTHQUAKE EPICENTER
摘要 The invention relates to the area of geo-physics, space physics and ecology, and can be used for identification and prediction of localization of earthquake epicenters with magnitude M≥4.0 numbers by Richter scale. A method for identification and prediction of location of earthquake epicenters prescribes use of space segment that includes 2-3 SC in high-latitude F2 region of ionosphere, and surface one, this uses information of the Geological service of the USA. At the board of each of the SC of the group a sensor of neutral particles (DN) is installed, and a sensor of charged particles (DE) of ionosphere. At motion of the SC by the orbit output signals from the sensors DN and DE are registered, space-time distribution of those along the orbit of the SC, with highlighting the extremes (maxima) of excitations of the signals DN and DE of the space-time distributions in real time scale - concentrations of charged particles (ions and electrons), temperatures of heavy particles (ions and neutrals), with registration of time and coordinates of the under-satellite point that corresponds to the extreme (maximum) of excitations of space-time distributions of concentrations and temperatures of particles of ionosphere plasma, with synchronous comparison of the extremes (maxima) of parameters of plasma to USGS data for respective under-satellite point on the surface of Earth, with identification and prediction of location of epicenters of earthquakes. The magnitude is determined by the dependence of the ratio of the maximum of concentration of charged particles to its not excited value. By the results of sequential measurements of ionosphere parameters in a given point with the sensors DN and DE of each SC of the group the conclusion is made on reliability of the results of measurements obtained, on dynamics and stability of observed processes. The technical result of the invention is in increase of accuracy, reliability and self-descriptiveness of identification and prediction of earthquake epicenters.
