BASIC GRANULAR MANURE FOR IMPROVING THE SOILS USING THE REDUCING SLAG AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

The present invention provides a granular fertilizer using reductive slag for improving alkaline soil and a manufacturing method thereof which are provided to protect an environment by improving soil by using reductive slag which is an industrial byproduct generated in a steel manufacture process, to reduce costs required for manufacturing a fertilizer, to make a fertilizer container components useful for cultivating crops, and to manufacture a granular fertilizer using reductive slag composed of 45-60 wt% of CaO, 3-8 wt% of MgO, and 5-15 wt% of SiO2 by falling and cooling molten reductive slag supplied when steel is manufactured. The manufacturing method of the granular fertilizer using reductive slag for improving alkaline soil includes a step of receiving and preparing molten reductive slag generated when steel is manufactured; a step of forming the prepared reductive slag having particles composed of CaO, 3-8 wt% of MgO, and 5-15 wt% of SiO2 by falling at a predetermined speed or cooling at a predetermined temperature; and a step of forming a granular fertilizer having uniform particle size by filtering the particles of the reductive slag through a screen.
