FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: bench for calibration of strain elements comprises a dynamometer of DNU, a strain element, representing a hollow beam with glued three blocks of strain resistors, connection elements and fastening parts for fixation of a strain element in three spatial positions with the purpose to load it in direction of action of one of three corresponding components of a loading force, and also its subsequent unloading, a loading mechanism is a lanyard, the strain element is equipped with a removable bracket for fixation of a single cutting tool. Recording, storage and processing of values of forces perceived by the strain element is carried out by a complex of metering and recording equipment. All components of the bench assembled into a single kinematic circuit are placed on a frame, which includes a support, a vertical stand, a horizontal beam and struts.EFFECT: expansion of the area of practical application of a bench and a strain element, provision of bench mobility.4 dwg |
