Partial diaphragmotomy with partial dissection of left cupula of diaphragm and preservation of zone of esophageal orifice of diaphragm is performed, for this purpose diaphragm is dissected on 4-5 cm from costal margin towards esophageal orifice of diaphragm. Distal part of esophagus in posterior mediastinum and proximal part of stomac in abdominal cavity are mobilised, mobilised parts of esophagus and stomach are resected and intrapleural esophago-gastric anastomosis is formed.EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent respiratory disorders in postoperative period.2 ex, 2 dwg
