FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to cosmetic surgery. Polypropylene threads are introduced under skin, and loop is formed. Absorbable thread is passed close to it. 0.8-1 cm wide and 1.5-2 cm long fragment of synthetic mesh is placed in zone of proximal thread fixation. Lifting of soft tissues is performed with re-correction through minicut. After formation of connective tissue ends of absorbable thread are pulled up. Ends of polypropylene thread are pulled to mesh fragment with sufficient strengthening of connective tissue. In case of sagging of soft tissues in zone of lifting ends of propylene thread are brought outside and pulled additionally.EFFECT: method makes it possible to correct sagging tissues of face and neck by low-invasive step-by-step lifting.1 ex, 3 dwg
