The invention relates to applied physics and electronics, in particular to thermal physics and determination of surface temperature distribution, liquid crystals application. A method for determining hot areas of emitting diode radiating surface consists in use of a hysteresis thermoindicator film which capable of save visual preservation in polarized-liquid microscope after irradiation interruption. This allows to fix points and sizes of hot areas of light-emitting diode crystals occurring in the process of radiation. The technical result of invention consists in creation of new detection method for hot areas appearing on the bright radiating surface of LED, determining coordinates of the anomalous heating local areas for carrying out analysis, detection and eliminating whence. |
