ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PRODUCTION OBTAINED BY FERMENTED POMEGRATE AND GRAPE JUICE MIXING

摘要

The invention relates to a method aiming at the production of a new alcoholic beverage via fermented grape and pomegranate juice mixing. Initially, there are produced two different fermented alcoholic products which will be, in the sequel, mixed up under precise conditions and rates in order to create an absolutely new beverage characterised by unique taste and containing all the beneficial properties of both fruit (pomegranate and grape) in one single blend.
