The present invention relates to a healthcare system by obtaining a non-restraint bio-signal, the purpose of which is to receive information from each bio-information sensor to user's smartphone or a personal computer and to generate the health condition or stress levels of the user by situations to feedback the result to the user, with the user having the bio-information sensors in a vehicle, a chair, a bed, or a watch which are usually used in normal life. The present invention is characterized by including: a vehicle bio-information-processing device generating health, stress, and emotion conditions from a bio-signal obtained from a steering wheel and a driver's seat; a chair bio-information-processing device generating health, stress, emotion, and sitting position conditions from a bio-signal obtained from a chair; a bed bio-information-processing device embedded in a bed generating health and stress conditions from a bio-information; a wrist-type bio-information-processing device obtaining a bio-signal from a wrist and generating health, stress, and emotion conditions; a bio-information-processing terminal wirelessly receiving health, stress, and emotion conditions, and posture data transmitted from each bio-information-processing device, and analyzing and displaying stress and emotion conditions for each situation and by time; and a health care server storing and providing data transmitted from the bio-information-processing terminal.
