The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescence device including an anode, a cathode and a light emission layer comprised between the cathode and the anode. The organic electroluminescence device includes a first p type organic layer comprised between the cathode and the light emission layer and a first n type organic layer comprised between the first p type organic layer and the light emission layer. Difference between HOMO energy level of the first p type organic layer and LUMO energy level of the first n type organic layer is equal to or less than 2 eV.
