The present invention relates to a capacitance sensing device, a capacitance sensing method and a touch screen device. According to the present invention, the capacitance sensing device is proposed which includes: a driving circuit part applying a driving signal to a first capacitor; an integration circuit part which includes a second capacitor and a third capacitor generating an output voltage by being charged by capacitance change generated in the first capacitor on the basis of the driving signal, and calculates voltage difference between an output voltage of the second capacitor and an output voltage of the third capacitor; and a control part which judges the characteristics of a noise signal on the basis of the voltage difference, and controls the driving signal on the basis of the characteristics of the noise signal.
