FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for wash-out of bottom sediment at vertical steel tanks with oil and oil products. Proposed device consists of L-like branch pipe with valve built in the main pipeline to feed oil or oil products into tank. Said L-like branch pipe is arranged outside the tank and directed towards its center. S-like spatial connected branch pipe is arranged inside the tank and communicated with said L-like branch pipe and common manifold. Common manifold is composed of open-ended curvilinear pipeline, for example, 114-325 mm in diameter, arranged at tank bottom along its wall. Said common manifold is furnished with eight pressure pipes. Said pressure pipes are cylindrical 0.1-1.1 m-long 53-219 mm-dia tubes. Pressure tube diameter and length depend on stored product rheological properties. Pressure pipes are arranged at 45 degrees to each other and inclined at 22°30' to tangent to circle and at 45°, 40°, 35°, 30°, 25°, 20°, 15° and 10° to oil product flow in common manifold in vertical plane, respectively. Common manifold terminates in the last pressure pipe.EFFECT: higher efficiency, lower costs.2 dwg |
