The method provides the specific Mycobaterium leprae antibody test by latex particle agglutination. The method uses a test antigen in the concentration of 28 mg-Eqv/ml for sensitising 1.4% suspension of polystyrene latex particles with amino groups 2 uEg/ml of the diameter of 0.62 mcm for 8 hours at room temperature and for 18 hours at temperature 8°C prepared by ultrasonic disintegration of Mycobaterium lufu at 18 kHz for 30 minutes on the Lowenstein-Jensen medium in a thermostat for 7 days at temperature 37°C.EFFECT: method enables reducing the length and conducting the tests in the field environment.3 tbl, 2 ex
