Provided is a method for enhancing dimensional-stability of a separator and an electrode-assembly manufactured by the same. The method for enhancing dimensional-stability of separator is a method for producing an electrode-assembly and is characterized by preventing deformation of the separator by connecting the edge part of the separator to the other part thereof in a laminated direction. The present invention prevents contraction of the separator, even when an abnormal operation such as excessive charging raises temperature, to ultimately strengthen the safety of a battery. An increase in dimensional-stability of the separator prevents appearance defects like wrinkles of the separator. [Reference numerals] (AA) Example 3
