The present invention relates to a construction machine having a grease vessel of an assembly type having a pinion gear of a swing motor swinging an upper swing body for a lower frame of an excavator and lubricating grease supplied to reduce the frictional heat of the contact part of a ring gear operating with the pinion gear. The construction machine having the grease vessel of the present invention comprises a lower frame comprising a driving device; an upper swinging body mounted at a lower frame for swinging; a swing motor where the pinion gear is formed; a ring gear mounted at the lower frame and combined with the pinion gear; a swing device mounted at the upper swinging body and comprised of an outer ring supported rotatably by the ring gear and swinging the upper swinging body for the lower frame; a working device rotatably mounted at the upper swinging body and comprised of a boom, arm, and a bucket; a grease vessel settled between the floor surface of the ring gear and the lower frame where the ring gear is mounted and a combining hole is formed at the boundary in a circumferential direction. |
