The present invention relates to an acrylic resin and a photosensitive resin composition including the same. The photosensitive resin composition including the acrylic resin according to the present invention is capable of preventing re-solubility from remarkably degrading and obtaining excellent adhesive strength to a substrate. Accordingly, the photosensitive resin composition including the acrylic resin according to the present invention can be applied as various kinds of sensitivity materials, especially to manufacture LCD color filter patterns.
