PURPOSE: A mud board which aids blood circulation and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be used as various finishing materials of construction material and healthy bed. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of mud board comprises the following steps: obtaining fine mud powder by removing salt and impurities from the mud and drying thereof; agitating the mud powder, Chamaecyparis obtusa powder, resin, water, tourmaline, loess powder and coagulating agent; mixing rosin as an adhesive; covering jute cannonate(14) after putting the mud mixture into a mold frame in which jute cloth(12) is spread to mold the mud board by pressing at 170-200 deg. Celsius at 15-30t pressure for 30-40 minutes; drying the mud board which is taken away from the mold frame; and coating mud coating agent on the upper surface of the dried mud board. |
