The present invention relates to a cultivating method for crops fortified with vanadium component. More specifically, the present invention enables to manufacture food, cosmetics, fodder and medicine excellent in nutrition and pharmacology by using crops fortified with vanadium by transferring vanadium, which is an essential mineral component, to crops so as to be easily absorbed in the human body by using culturing water in which vanadium is fortified in cultivating crops. According to the present invention, a synergy effect of vanadium and crops in nutrition and pharmacology without concerns due to the mineral toxicity by using that crops first absorbs vanadium which is an essential mineral component, in a form easy to be absorbed in the human body, which is beneficial.
