The system relates to technological equipment suited for batch saccharification, and can be used in alcohol industry. Batch saccharification system according to one-stage scheme consists of reservoir for batch preparation, pumps, direct steam contact head, apparatus for thermofermentative processing, recuperative heat exchanger and pipelines, wherein recuperative heat exchanger is installed between the reservoir for batch production and direct steam contact head. The proposed scheme allows to use energetic potential of initial aqueous flow after cooling of saccharified batch, to reduce power and water consumption. |
