The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a substrate for cell culture, the method comprising: (1) preparing a substrate; (2) immersing the substrate of step (1) in an aqueous solution to prepare a polydopamine-attached substrate; (3) treating the polydopamine-attached substrate of step (2) with air or oxygen (O2) plasma for 10 seconds to 10 minutes; and (4) coating a biomaterial on the substrate treated with air or oxygen (O2) of step (4). The substrate for cell culture according to the present invention can culture cells on various substrates for a long time and culture cells uniformly, so that the substrate for cell culture is useful in a method for manufacturing a substrate for cell culture, a substrate for cell culture manufactured by the method, a method for culturing cells using the substrate, and a cell chip. |
