PURPOSE: A chestnut skin stripper capable of removing the inner skin from chestnut is provided to improve the peeling efficiency of the chestnut unit citric acid. CONSTITUTION: A chestnut skin stripper includes a chestnut input port and a chestnut outlet port(12). An external drum(20) is installed on the inside of a cabinet. A power motor(30) for penetrating a rotary shaft through the external drum. An inner drum discharges chestnut through the chestnut outlet port after removing the inner skin. The inner drum receives chestnut peeling liquid containing water and the citric acid in a weight ratio of 1:0.1-1. |
