<p>PURPOSE: A shock absorber pollution preventing apparatus is provided to prevent impurities generated from a road in traveling from being flowed into a dust cover by supplying the compressed air generated by a rotary unit into a dust cover of a shock absorber. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorber pollution preventing apparatus(1) is composed of a rotary unit(10), an air pressure generating unit(40), and a supplying hose(60). The rotary unit is installed at one side of a knuckle. The rotary unit is rotated by the rotary force of a driving shaft. The air pressure generating unit is mounted to one side of the lower part of a shock absorber(5). The air pressure generating unit generates the compressed air by receiving the rotary force of the rotary unit. The supplying hose is mounted on the air pressure generating unit. The supplying hose supplies the compressed air into a dust cover(7) of the shock absorber. The supplying hose is connected to the inside of the dust cover by passing through a lower spring sheet.</p> |
