摘要 Disclosed is a direct control type tension adjustment apparatus capable of improving processability by adjusting and controlling tension applied between a coating roll and a coated part transported as touching the outer circumference of the coating roll in a roll coating apparatus. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the direct control type tension adjustment apparatus includes: a coating roll unit including a bottom frame, a coating roll which is axis-connected to the upper part of an ink tank prepared in the bottom frame and coats ink on a contact surface of a coated part by being rotated under the state that the outer circumference is dipped into the ink, and a doctor ring member faced and arranged in the coating roll with an interval; a tension adjustment roll unit including a top frame arranged on the upper side of the bottom frame and at least a pair of tension adjustment rolls which are axis-connected to rotate in parallel with each other in the lower part of the top frame by being arranged separately back and forth by referring to the transportation direction of the coated part in the upper side of the coating roll; and a tension adjustment driving part including a moving block which is connected and fixed to a rotation driving part and the top frame and adjusts the force for the tension adjustment roll to press the coated part by elevating the top frame by receiving the rotation force from the rotation driving part and a supporting guide guiding elevation of the movement block by providing a movement path.
