Concrete mixture contains, wt %: slag-Portland cement 26-30; crushed for passing through net No20 blast furnace slag 16-20; crushed for passing through net No5 blast furnace slag 16-20; swollen perlite sand 33-37.5; glass fibre cut into 16-20 mm segments 0.5-1, with water-cement ratio 0.6-0.7.
