FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: photocell according to the invention has an electrode layer made of a transparent electroconductive oxide which is deposited on a transparent carrier substrate, a contact layer made of first-type doped amorphous silicon and having thickness of at most 10 nm, a first active layer made of first-type doped amorphous silicon compound having a band gap greater than the band gap of material of said contact layer, a second active layer made of a silicon compound with intrinsic conduction and a third active layer made of a second-type doped silicon compound. Also disclosed is a photoelectric converting panel, having at least one photocell, and a method of making a photocell.EFFECT: invention provides high efficiency of converting solar energy to electric energy, enables to make cheap solar cells and use silicon to make said solar cells.22 cl, 3 dwg |
