PURPOSE: A system for exploding cannonballs of a cannon and a method thereof are provided to form the inside of a breech for a gun in which the cannonball of the cannon is loaded in a rectangular shape and to stably load the cannonball in the breech for the gun by forming empty shells of the cannonball in a rectangular column shape. CONSTITUTION: A system (100) for exploding cannonballs of a cannon comprises a breech (110) for a gun, an exploding chamber, a lifting member (130), a gunlock (150), a trigger, an exploding rod, a rotary member (140), and a slider (200). One side of the exploding rod contacts with an upper part of the trigger in a rod shape and horizontally delivers a driving force of the trigger. The rotary member is hinge-connected inside the exploding chamber to be assembled to left and right sides. An operating piece protruded to one side in a cylindrical shape in which is vertically stood contacts with the exploding rod and a latching piece which is protruded to the other side is hung on a latching protrusion of the gunlock. While one side of the slider contacts with a lower part of the lifting member in a rod shape, the other side contacts with the operating piece of the rotary member and is slid on a guide rail. |
