PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a reflective polarizer distributing polymers and a device thereof are provided to maximize an optical property at a limited thickness and to reduce production costs by eliminating the need to use a protective layer or an adhesive layer in a core layer. CONSTITUTION: A first extrusion unit (220) is connected with a spin block (C) including four sea-island type extrusion dies (223,224,225,226). The first extrusion unit supplies a first component to the sea-island type extrusion dies in a melted state. A second extrusion unit (221) is connected with the spin block and supplies a second component to the sea-island type extrusion dies in the melted state. The first component is distributed in the second component through the sea-island type extrusion dies and four sea-island combined flows having different average optical thicknesses are generated. The sea-island combined flows manufactured through the sea-island type extrusion dies are combined as one in a collection block (227) to generate a core layer. The core layer is transferred to a flow control unit (229) and formed into a plate shape by inducing the dispersion of the first component in the second component. |
