摘要 The present invention provides a microporous organic-inorganic multi-layer film which includes a porous polyolefin base material and coating layers existed on at least one surface of the base material. The coating layer comprises inorganic particles; organometallic coupling agents which are chemically bonded to the inorganic particles; and organic matter connectors which are chemically bonded to the organometallic coupling agents. The microporous organic-inorganic multi-layer film of the present invention has enhanced coherence by chemically bonding between inorganic particles and between inorganic particles and porous base materials and has maximized size of empty space between the inorganic particles. A step of molding the coating layer on the base material is a coating layer molding technique which can mold the coating layer at 120°C or less and can be applied to the polyolefin base materials so that ion conductance, thermal properties, battery stability and functions can be enhanced when the microporous organic-inorganic multi-layer film is used as a separator of a lithium secondary battery.
