The present invention relates to a device for transferring liquid cargos and a liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier including the same. The device for transferring the liquid includes a transfer pipe connected to a first manifold of a first vessel; a connection unit connected to the end of the transfer pipe; and a loading arm provided to the first vessel and loading the connection unit to be adjacent to a second manifold of a second vessel. The connection unit is connected to the second manifold, and the liquid cargos are transferred from the first vessel to the second vessel through the first manifold, the transfer pipe, the connection unit, and the second manifold.
