An operating method for a painting color selection buffer is disclosed. The operating method for a painting color selection buffer takes out painting objects on the first row of a lane from a color selecting buffer before a post-painting process to have the same color as other painting objects after a painting process; sets lanes having identically colored painting objects as first taking-out lanes; and sets lanes which take out painting objects on the first row, which is identically colored as the painting objects on the first lane among painting objects on a second row in the diagonal direction, as second taking-out lanes.
