The present invention relates to a multi-output DC/DC converter. The multi-output DC/DC converter according to the present invention comprises; a power converting circuit which alternately switches input current power by being synchronized to a predetermined resonant frequency and outputs multiple direct current powers including first and second direct current powers having a predetermined voltage level; a frequency controller which controls the resonant frequency according to a comparison result between a current level of a predetermined first reference current and a current level of a load current flowing in a load receiving the first direction current power; a chopping wave generating part which generates a chopping wave according to the resonant frequency from the frequency controller; a duty controller which controls switching duty of the power converting circuit by comparing the chopping wave from the chopping wave generating part with an error between a voltage level of the second direct current power and a voltage level of a predetermined reference voltage; and a control circuit which includes a switching controller providing first and second switching signals for controlling alternation switching of the power converting circuit according to switching duty control of the duty controller. If the current level of the load current is 0, the frequency controller controls the resonant frequency according to a comparison result between a voltage level of the first direct current power and a voltage level of a first reference voltage.
