The present invention provides glucosidase having amino acid sequence described in the fourth sequence in a sequence list. By using the glucosidase of the present invention, waste and expensive purification costs can be reduced by replacing existing chemical methods for decomposing cellulose. In addition, the present invention shows excellent cellulose decomposition activities so that the present invention can be utilized in the feed industry, paper and detergent industries, and a saccharification process of fiber based biomass used for producing raw materials such as petroleum, alternative raw materials, specific functional materials, biopolymers and the likes.
