A method for protecting apricot fruits against fruit rot, including forecasting spreading of the disease and chemical treatments of apricot-tree plantations. A decision as regards to the number of chemical sprayings is made according to the determined level of spreading the rot on fruits on the basis of monitoring of precipitation amount per day from the end of flowering to appearance of the first signs of the disease (d), average daily air humidity from the beginning of flowering to appearance of the first signs of the disease (W), average daily air temperature from the end of flowering to appearance of the first signs of the disease (t) according to the equation P=97.5272-1750.3481:(t)+4132.0877:(W)-0.4519:(d), where P is level of spreading the disease. At the value of P>23.3 % standard amount of fungicidal sprayings after flowering of apricot tree is increased. |
