The present invention relates to an electronic fan clutch control device of a working vehicle and a method. According to the present invention, an electronic fan clutch controlling device of a working vehicle comprises: a water temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of a cooling water for cooling an engine; an engine rotation number sensor for detecting a rotation number of an engine; a governing sensor for detecting a governing setting state; a controlling part for performing a control processing according to an electronic fan clutch control program, and for controlling an electronic fan clutch in a corresponding mode by recognizing a driving situation of a working vehicle in accordance with the temperature of a cooling water, the rotation number of an engine, and the governing setting state; and a storing part for storing the stored electronic fan clutch control program in the controlling part, and for storing all data for controlling an electronic fan clutch according to a control of the controlling part. According to the present invention, in case a fan for cooling a radiator for radiating a heat of a cooling water in a working vehicle including a tractor, and an excavator, etc is driven by using an electronic fan clutch, an electronic fan clutch is controlled by reflecting the temperature of a cooling water, the rotation number of an engine, and the governing setting state, and the electronic fan clutch is drive controlled by changing the electronic fan clutch in a mode corresponding to an operation state of a working vehicle. Therefore, efficiency of an engine is increased, and consumption of a fuel is decreased since the electronic fan clutch is controlled efficiently.
