摘要 It is desirable for a stage-scanner synchronization process design method of the present invention to comprise the steps of: S1 for receiving inputs of a process path of an object to be processed; S2 for receiving inputs of a control point on the process path inputted at the S1 step; S3 for generating a stage path using the inputted control point inputted at the S2 step; S4 for receiving inputs of restriction conditions and for generating a stage speed on the process path generated at the S3 step; S5 for regenerating the stage speed according to the restriction conditions inputted at the S4 step. The stage-scanner synchronization process design method of the present invention is the stage-scanner synchronization process design method for receiving inputs of restriction conditions, comprising the steps of: S1 for receiving inputs of a process path of an object to be processed; S2 for receiving inputs of a control point on the process path inputted at the S1 step; S3 for generating a stage path using the inputted control point inputted at the S2 step; S4 for generating a stage speed on the process path generated at the S3 step; S5 for regenerating the stage speed according to the restriction conditions, wherein the restriction conditions is desirably received inputs at one stage among the steps of S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5.
