PURPOSE: A composition containing a recombinant vector for improving abiotic stress resistance is provided to maximize production of Chinese cabbage with strong resistance to low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving abiotic stress resistance in a plant contains a nucleotide sequence encoding an amino acid of sequence number 2. The abiotic stress includes gold or freezing stress. The composition contains a recombinant vector for expressing plant having: a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 1; a promoter which is operatively linked to the nucleotide sequence and forms RNA molecules in plant cells; and a poly A signal sequence causing polyadenylation at 3'-terminal of the RNA molecule.
