PURPOSE: A lighting element is provided to form the lighting element into a small size by forming a driving circuit part using a resistance without including an inductor and a capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A lighting element comprises a light emitting part(822) and a drive circuit part(824). The light emitting part is formed at the upper side or inside of a base part(820). Light emitting elements are arranged at the inside of the light emitting part. The drive circuit part drives the light emitting elements. The drive circuit part comprises resistances and does not comprise an inductor and a capacitor. The drive circuit part comprises a constant current controlling part outputting constant current and a short circuit protecting circuit part limiting the constant current provided to the light emitting element. |
