FIELD: power engineering.SUBSTANCE: during method realisation a vortex pipe is placed vertically in a three-section reservoir-separator divided by horizontal partitions. In the middle section the hot end of the vortex pipe is cooled with a cold flow arriving tangentially from the lower section after heat recuperation with cooling of the source gas flow at the inlet to the vortex pipe in the lower section. A liquid phase is separated from the hot flow, which is mixed with the arriving liquid phase of the cold flow and with the separated residual liquid phase, separated in the upper section of the reservoir-separator. The gaseous fraction is removed from the upper section, and the liquefied fraction is removed from the middle section. The device comprises an adsorber, a filter, a heat exchanger, a vortex pipe with a cooled hot end of the pipe. The hot end of the pipe has a separation device in the form of a coaxially installed inner cone in the conical part of the hot end with the possibility to change the gap between conical surfaces. The inner cone in the upper part has a small bottom connected with the cylindrical part, in the upper part of which there are through rectangular windows located in the upper section of the reservoir. The cylindrical part is connected with a stem with a handle reaching outside the limits of the reservoir, the stem is fixed in a bushing with a thread. In the upper section of the reservoir there is a control device to vary gas flow rate.EFFECT: using the invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of gas liquefaction.2 cl, 4 dwg |
