The present invention relates to an opaque hydrogel cosmetic pack composition. More particularly, the present invention relates to an opaque hydrogel cosmetic pack composition used in the method for developing a hydrogel formulation, wherein the composition is capable of developing opaque milky hydrogel by using an inorganic salt and maintaining a stable gel state without a change of gel strength depending on the preparation time at the time of preparation of the hydrogel by containing carbonate calcium. The opaque hydrogel cosmetic pack composition using calcium carbonate according to the present invention may be composed of a gelling polymer, a collagen material, a humectant, a monovalent cation material controlling the gel strength, a pH adjusting agent, a sequestering agent, a solubilizer (surfactant), a combined flavor, a preservative, purified water, and calcium carbonate as an inorganic salt.
