According to the present specification, a location measurement device is disclosed. The device includes: a tag which is attached to a location measurement target and transmits a signal; at least one tag node which measures the intensity of the signal transmitted from the tag, and transmits location measurement information; an access point (AP) which includes information related with the intensity of the signal transmitted from the tag, and receives the location measurement information transmitted by the tag node; and a server which receives the location measurement information from the AP, and measures the location of the tag on the basis of the location measurement information.
