A method for the determination of concentration of noradrenalin includes sampling biological material, sample preparation with use of aluminum oxide, dissolution, bringing pH of analyzed matter to 8.2-8.5 by means of ammonia solution, its elution, oxidation and determination of concentration. At that at sample preparation biological material is mixed with 6 % solution of chloric acid, with filtration through folded filter wetted in 6% solution of chloric acid, with adding EDTA, ammonia solution, aluminum oxide is washed in ammonia water, with adding aluminum oxide to the mix, mixing with solution of acetic acid (0.25 N), mixing, shaking, with centrifugation, eluation, with adding to precipitate sodium dihydrophosphate pH 1.95 as eluent. It is placed in chromatograph where within the waves of analyzer 210-285 nm spectrum is fixed, and concentration of noradrenalin is measured by chromatogram of peak at wavelength 265 nm. |
