The present invention relates to an asymmetric laser welding equipment which is capable of performing a detailed task by using a probe which is equipped in a laser device by automatically calibrating a location breakaway between a laser nozzle and a product through a moving path which is monitored in an encoder when an asymmetric product is processed since a mounting frame has the laser device. The asymmetric laser welding equipment comprises: a mounting frame for supporting a laser device in a side; a case; a laser nozzle mounted on an end part of the case; a probe formed in a lower end of the laser nozzle; an encoder for recording a moving path of the laser nozzle; a laser device, which is connected to the case, including a first rotation device for rotating the laser nozzle by adjusting the laser nozzle to a welding position; a transferring device connected to the mounting frame for moving the laser device forward and backward a product; and a chuck for fixating the product. The present invention is provided to have a simple structure of a device; to weld an asymmetric product accurately through the probe; to calibrate a location breakaway automatically in the encoder; to set and store a location breakaway limit value; to discontinue a process by judging failure in case the laser nozzle gets out of the location breakaway limit value; to minimize a failure rate and to reduce working hours; and to increase production. |
