The present invention relates to a transmission temperature controlling device, comprising: a discharging pipe whose one end is connected to a transmission for guiding the oil discharged from the transmission; a distributor, which is connected to the other end of the transmission for distributing oil; an inlet pipe whose one end is connected to the distributor and whose other end is connected to the transmission for guiding oil to the transmission; a cooling pipe whose one end is connected to the distributor and whose other end is connected to the inlet pipe; a measuring device, which is mounted in a discharging pipe and measures the temperature of the oil passing through the discharging pipe; and a controller, which receives the temperature of the measuring device and controls the distributor and the cooling device. The transmission temperature controlling device changes the flow path of the oil depending on a surrounding temperature in order to prevent oil from being overheated and cooled.
