PURPOSE: A storing/reading device of a parallel data is provided to store or read data by continuously designating an address of a memory element. CONSTITUTION: A memory device(110) divides parallel data into two N bit parallel data if the memory device stores the 2N bit parallel data. The memory element stores the divided two N bit parallel data to a data area of an address which is designated by a control unit(100) and a data area of and address subtracting the address which is designated by the control unit. According to an address signal of the control unit, the memory element stores ore reads the 2N bit parallel data. |
