PURPOSE: A user terminal, a touch detection method thereof, and a device thereof are provided to measure the touch and touch intensity of a terminal through strength changes in a sound wave signal, and to effectively detect the touch only with a speaker, a microphone, and software. CONSTITUTION: An output unit(110) generates a sound wave signal. An input unit(120) receives the sound wave signal. A control unit(130) determines touch and touch intensity corresponding to strength changes in the sound wave signal. The output unit is a speaker. The input unit is a microphone. The output unit generates a sound wave signal with the number of vibrations exceeding an audible range. The control unit determines strong touch intensity when the strength change in the sound wave signal increases.
