Backrest 28 has hinged part 36, 38 to turn in backrest unused position about axle 48 from said unused position, in fact parallel with back rest mid carp 34 to position of elbow-rest to be used hereby. Latch 100, 200, 300 can lock backrest hinged at two positions, i.e. of elbow-rest and unused position as elbow-rest. Latch has pin lock 300. System of seats comprises first seat 4 and second seat 6 arranged in row 10 of seats and nearby.
