The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a nanofiber membrane, comprising; a step of improving animal cartilage powder made of animal cartilage structures into presenting water solubility and a step of producing a nanofiber membrane by mixing the improved animal cartilage powder with PVA(polyvinyl alcohol), a synthesized polymer through electric radiation method. The present invention is suitable for producing a hydrogel product or a film type product that cannot be produced with the conventional animal cartilage powder because the animal cartilage powder is improved into an easily soluble material in neutral liquid like a culture medium or a PBS solution.
