The present invention includes a driving unit including a wheel moving along a driving rail and included in the lower part; a braking unit limiting the movement of the wheel in a braking position; a driving unit moving the braking unit to the braking position; and a connection unit connecting the braking unit and the driving in order for the braking unit to be engaged with the driving unit. |
